If you find an item elsewhere (before or within 7 days of your purchase from Starlite Weddings & Occasions)

for a lower price, you will be eligible for our "100% price protection" program

How this works:

Because Starlite only offers unique Starlite favors and merchandise, your item is sure to be unique and hard to find elsewhere.  In the event that you do find one of our items on another website, the item must be the identical product, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc. The price you would want us to match must be verifiable on the Internet. The competitor's advertisement must be current and the product must be in stock.

Starlite Weddings & Occasions will only match prices on items made by the same manufacturer. Therefore, please be aware that items that may look similar but not have all the exact same features of our product as in the case of “Knock-off” items, will not be matched.  Item must NOT be on back-order and must be readily available for shipment by the competitor.
When you ask us to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax, if applicable, will not be taken into account.

Personalized napkins must be the EXACT same shade of color and must be verifiable to be 3-ply.  Personalized ribbon must be the exact same shade of color and must be double-face satin ribbon.  Napkin or ribbon designs or emblems which a competitor offers must be same as that which we offer to qualify for price match guarantee.

Price adjustments are limited to one price match per order within a given 7 day period. Competitors promotions or coupon codes will be considered as non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the lowest price guarantee.

Shipments to North Carolina are subject to sales tax and will not be included as part of our price match calculations.

PLEASE NOTE:  Kindly allow 8 to 10 business days following your price match request for your refund to be processed. Price matches will not be honored on "Going out of business," "Liquidation Sales" or any distress types of sales of a competitor.

STARLITE WEDDINGS & OCCASIONS reserves the right to deny any price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our price match policy.
