Payment

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world’s premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never have access to your credit card number.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Purchasing with a Credit Card through PayPal

When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and proceed to Checkout

Once you complete Checkout Form, be sure to finish the order process by completing Payment via PayPal.

Once You’re Redirected to PayPal

1.) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card.

2.) You’ll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.

3.) You’ll need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.

General Policies for Invitations and Stationery

PLEASE READ ALL OUR POLICIES as we do NOT accept Order Cancellations NOR Refunds because you did not take the time to read them. We also prominently provide a link on all listings instructing customers to read the store policies and posted turnaround time for proofs. Posted turnaround time is displayed on our ordering information page in bold red ink and is usually 2 to 3 full business days.

Due to the nature of graphic design and customized invitations, you are paying for a design customization fee which involves service time and cannot be canceled nor refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION INCONVENIENCE FEE

If work has NOT yet begun on an order and a customer requests an order cancellation, an ORDER CANCELLATION INCONVENIENCE FEE of $8.00 usd applies – NO EXCEPTIONS.  Canceling an order is a great inconvenience as a sale transaction is still required into our accounting system for tax reporting purposes, followed by a credit transaction for the canceled order, and the 3rd step is processing a PayPal refund. All of these steps take significant time away from actual orders and this is covered by the cancellation fee.

Additionally, NONE of the designs will be sold blank under any circumstance! Templates are NOT available. 

Proofs are NOT available prior to purchase

The work involved in creating a proof is essentially the work involved in customizing a customer’s invitation design with their wording/information. This is what the design service fee covers, therefore we cannot justify the work involved without a paid order.

Your Custom Invitation Wording

Please DO NOT ORDER if you do not yet have the INVITATION TEXT & INFORMATION for your event. We cannot keep an invitation order open or on stand-by for more than a week.  If you are not sure about yoru event details or are still gathering information, please wait to place your order until you are ready.

If a customer submits an order and does not provide us with the necessary invitation wording and photo (for photo designs), we will proceed to CANCEL the order after 5 days and issue a partial refund. The $8.00 usd order cancellation inconvenience fee will apply.

Bleed Margins Included on All Designs

All invitation/card designs INCLUDE a necessary professional printing bleed margin as this is ESSENTIAL for proper printing.

Important – Regarding Design Simulations – Gold, Glitter, Silver, Foil Etc

For designs with SIMULATED Gold Glitter, Silver GLitter, any color Glitter or Gold / Silver Tone these are NOT real. They are high resolution / high quality graphic effects / images ONLY and will NOT print out as actual glitter nor ink as that would require the fabrication of a custom metal plate with the design to fuse the foil using a special hot foil printing press. Please remember that these are NOT real and we do provide this disclosure in the listings.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMERS EXPECTING REAL GLITTER, GOLD, SILVER, ETC. as this was indicated in the listing descriptions and here on our policies page.

We do NOT sell Templates

All of our invitation designs are sold only personalized – customized with your own invitation wording and event details. We do NOT sell editable templates.

Shipping

DIGITAL ORDERS

All DIGITAL (Printable Invitation) Orders ONLY are completed using Email. Once you have approved your proof, your ready to print high resolution files will be emailed to the email address you provided on your order. Please check SPAM folder if necessary.

PRINTED INVITATIONS ORDERS

All PRINTED invitations orders will ship via UPS Overnight service to CONTINENTAL USA addresses ONLY after the print production time has completed.

Non-Continental USA addresses and territories will receive their orders via Priority Mail.

PRINTED ORDERS FOR DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE USA

Orders for INTERNATIONAL addresses will ship via PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL service which AVERAGES 6 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS – AFTER the print production time has completed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES

CANADA$28 USD

AUSTRALIA, EUROPE, UNITED KINGDOM, LATIN AMERICA, ASIA, AND EVERYWHERE ELSE: $40 USD

We are NOT responsible for Customs and/or Postal Delays outside the USA as those are completely beyond our control. ADDITIONALLY, International Customers are responsible for any Customs Duties imposed by their countries. We will NOT refund for international orders which have not been claimed by customers because they do not wish to pay customs fees.

Return and Refund Policy

INSTANT DOWNLOAD ORDERS (DIGITAL) ARE NOT RETURNABLE NOR REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

PRINTABLE INVITATION ORDERS (DIGITAL)

PRINTABLE (Digital) Invitation Orders are NOT returnable nor refundable. 

PRINTED INVITATION ORDERS

You will receive top quality premium professionally press printed invitations as per the invitation proof you approved. 

Due to the customized (personalized) nature of printed invitations, we cannot accept returns nor issue refunds UNLESS your invitations arrived damaged or defective in some wayIf your PRINTED invitations arrive damaged or defective, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY to at your option have the order reprinted and shipped or to make arrangements for return and full refund.

If you opt for a return in the rare case of damage or defective, we will arrange to provide you with a return shipping label and refund will be issued upon receipt of entire print package quantity in it’s original condition.

NO RETURN / NO REFUND for Buyer’s Remorse or Event Changes or Event Cancellation

Frequently Asked Questions

MAY I HAVE THE SAME INVITATION DESIGN WITH 2 DIFFERENT PARTY DATES FOR THE SAME PRICE?

 

A: Unfortunately, NO. Multiple Party / Different Dates – An additional $ charge (per date) will apply if you need to use the same invite for multiple party dates (for the same person & event). Contact us for arranging the additional fee payment.

MAY I CHANGE TO ANOTHER DESIGN ONCE YOU HAVE ALREADY BEGUN WORKING ON MY PROOF?

A: NO. Once we have dedicate work to your first proof, you may not change your mind and request another design/card style. You would need to place an order for the NEW design and we cannot refund you for the original design order. Please understand that we are charging you for our time to customize a card style for you and once we have dedicated work time to your order, WE CANNOT RECOVER THE TIME/SERVICE already spent.

WHERE SHOULD I PRINT MY CARDS / INVITATIONS IF I ORDER JUST A DIGITAL FILE?

A: After you  have approved your proof we will email you the ready to print HIGH RESOLUTION files (a JPG and a PDF). You may then UPLOAD the high resolution file (JPG) to any online photo lab. Many of our customers have excellent results with COSTCO & SAM’S CLUB photo labs. Other customers use Shutterfly and similar labs. We will also provide you with printing tips and important instructions for best quality results at a photo lab.

For printing on card stock, we do NOT make any recommendation – you will need to search online or at a local printing facility. HOWEVER Do NOT order from Vistaprint as they do NOT provide true 5×7 nor 4×6 sizes. To reiterate, our files will NOT print out correctly with Vistaprint as they do NOT have standard printing industry sizes.

CONSIDER ORDERING A COMPLETE PRINT PACKAGE – especially if you are not completely confident that you can print on your own

DO YOU OFFER 2 INVITATIONS PER PAGE?

A: YES, but ONLY upon Special Request PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. Please do NOT contact us AFTER you have approved your proof and we have emailed you your printable high resolution files to make this request. It needs to be requested PRIOR to completing your order. This is usually a request that customers wanting to print at an office supply store make (we don’t really recommend office supply stores for print quality but if you are not too picky then it is okay). Most professional printing companies that offer digital press printing require just one single invitation file with the bleed margins. Some office supply stores, while they do offer printing services, are more of an office supply/copy service company and may offer different options but the printing industry standard is one invite per page/file. We design our printable files for high quality professional printing according to industry standards

CAN THE SAMPLE WORDING BE CHANGED ON ANY OF THE DESIGNS?

A: Absolutely! The wording on the design sample is just for that – sample purposes! We do expect you to probably want to change the wording – remember that all of our designs are customizable! HOWEVER, please use the sample wording as a GUIDELINE as far as QUANTITY of wording is concerned so that you do not submit too much wording that won’t fit.

CAN THE INVITATION DESIGN COLORS BE CHANGED?

A: This is possible ONLY for SOME designs. Please inquire with us FIRST. If a color change is possible, a $10 design color change fee will apply.

 

HOW MANY PROOFS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

A: Up to 3 rounds of proofs which is a reasonable number to arrive at what you are envisioning. Any revision request AFTER the first 3 proofs will require a $5 fee per new proof. HOWEVER, please remember that once you give approval to your proof and you have already been emailed the high resolution ready to print files, any further changes or new proof requests will require a $10 fee – see BELOW for more details.

ONCE I HAVE APPROVED THE PROOF & RECEIVED MY READY TO PRINT FILES – I HAD A CHANGE OF PLANS OR REALIZED THAT I MADE AN ERROR AND NEED REVISIONS – CAN YOU DO THIS AT NO CHARGE?

 

A: NO. Once you approve your proof and you have been emailed your ready to print high resolution files, the order is considered CLOSED and archived for a very short periof of time – 2 weeks maximum. In order to make any changes during this 2 week period, your editable file will need to be retrieved from the temporary archives – and a $10 archive retrieval and edit fee payment applies. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please note that with such invitation edits on a previously closed order, NO PROOFS WILL BE SENT.  Edits will be made per your instructions and FINAL REVISED HIGH RESOLUTION FILES will be EMAILED to you. This is not negotiable. Editing a closed order does not entitle a customer to new proofs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PRINT YOUR CARDS

Please review VERY CAREFULLY your Proof for text and grammar errors. We will NOT be held responsible for any errors after proof approval has been submitted by customer to me. ►When printing ON YOUR OWN, it is strongly recommended that you have a single print of your invitation/card printed BEFORE ordering a full batch printed. 

MOST IMPORTANTLY…WITH ALL PRINTABLE FILES Colors vary based on your computer monitor and printer used. We are not responsible for your personal printer color output. Colors are professionally calibrated for photo lab printing, but printing at home and on cardstock may produce slight shade variations, so printing a sample is strongly recommended!
